An Everything Everywhere spokesperson said: “We can confirm that we plan to offer this device [the Xperia Play] across both our Orange and T-Mobile brands in the UK in April. More details will be available in due course.”
O2 made the announcement using its official Twitter account saying: “ Awesome news – the Sony Ericsson Xperia Play is coming to O2. An O2 spokesperson would not comment on the release when pressed by Mobile News.
Vodafone confirmed the handset would be available through its stores but did not specify a date or pricing. A Three spokesperson also confirmed the network would stock the device but would not say when.
