Etisalat activates 10,000 BlackBerry subscribers only in April

Etisalat has seen an enthusiastic response from its customers with more than 10,000 customers signing up for the BlackBerry service in the month of April. With a wide choice of seven handsets and three convenient packages to choose from, customers can now stay connected while on the go through the fastest and most reliable mobile broadband network in the UAE.

Etisalat customers are also benefiting from a free promotion for the  BlackBerry Domestic Unlimited package which started on April 7,2009 and ends on May 7,2009. The promotion which offers 3 months free subscription to the BlackBerry Domestic Unlimited package gives customers unlimited access to Internet, email and mobile applications such as Facebook, MSN, MySpace and much more.

April also saw the launch of the much acclaimed BlackBerry Storm 9500 smartphone in the UAE. Etisalat which is the first operator in the Gulf to bring the much awaited BlackBerry Storm smartphone to the UAE has developed an attractive installment plan  whereby customers can purchase the BlackBerry Storm at an installment of just AED 72 per month.
