Batelco, Bahrain Telecommunications Company, and Kuwait Finance House (KFH) have signed an agreement to offer KFH customers online facilities to refill their Batelco SimSim accounts and pay their bills on KFH’s Ebanking facility.
The signing ceremony took place recently at KFH Head Office in Bahrain World Trade Centre. Batelco Head of Procurement Sergii Dovgalenko and KFH Head of IT Saeed Al Nawwar signed on behalf of their respective companies in the presence of official from both Batelco and Kuwait Finance House.
The new agreement means KHF customers can refill their SimSim accounts and pay their bills from the comfort of their home or office, or even while travelling overseas – by selecting one of the three available methods:-

Additionally, the new agreement will also enable the Bank’s customers to pay their telephone and internet bills through the bank’s online site www.kfhbonline.com
“Batelco is very pleased to enter into this new agreement with KFH,” said Batelco Group General Manager Media and Government Relations Ahmed Al Janahi.
Mr. Al Nawwar said he was optimistic about the new partnership and looked forward to a close working relationship with Batelco.
“We are committed to adding convenience to the everyday banking needs of our customers, and we are positive that this new affiliation with Batelco will broaden the scope of services we offer our clients,” he said.
Accessibility is a key feature of this agreement, and as our customers travel extensively, they now have the opportunity to pay their Batelco bills online,” added Mr. Al Nawwar.
