Qtel launches instant top-up service

yesterday launched an innovative mobile-to-mobile Instant Top-Up service, which lets Hala and Control customers top-up their prepaid mobile service without the need for vouchers or scratch-cards, and avoiding the need to enter long strings of digits. QtelQtelLoading... has equipped dealers across Qatar with the special "Top-Up Phones" that can send credit directly to customers accounts. Customers pay the required amount of credit - anywhere between QR10 and QR500 - and their account is updated at the touch of a button.

Customers immediately receive a confirmation SMS that their Hala service has been topped-up by the selected amount and also their current bonuses and line validity dates.

The service is a permanent top-up option for Hala customers and is available nationwide from a growing number of dealers. QtelQtelLoading...s Instant Top-Up service means theres no fuss with scratch-cards, and customers can choose whatever level of credit they would like. For example, if customers want to top-up for QR15 or QR151, it is possible with Instant Top-Up. Once the credit and bonus amounts are sent to the customers balance, it can be used in exactly in the same way as with any other top-up.

The system is entirely safe and secure to use and because there are no cards or vouchers involved, dealers will never run-out of top-ups. Customers who top-up with Instant Top-Up get the same range of great bonuses and validity as with other top-ups, with as much as 15 percent bonus credit available.
