Mobilk - Ooredoo remains committed to the mandates outlined in the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) previously signed with the Ministry of Civil Service for the overall enhancement of key HR and administrative areas in all ministries across Oman. In yet another testament to the company’s strong ties with the public sector, this agreement will result in building the capacity of government employees through knowledge sharing and adopting best practices.
Raed Mohammed Dawood, Director of Government Relations and Corporate Affairs at Ooredoo, said, “We are proud to be part of a select list of companies supporting the Ministry of Civil Service in this vital national initiative. Through the exchange of experiences and best practices, we are confident that we will be able to support the public sector when it comes to maximising efficiency, productivity and governance.”
Since 2014, Ooredoo has signed almost 40 MoUs with public sector organisations to enhance overall administrative performance. Through these agreements, the company has been able to play an active role in shaping the vision of these organisations and offer a variety training courses, workshops, panel discussions, and on-the-job training to government entities. Ooredoo has also led several seminars and programmes aimed at developing the skillsets of the public sector employees.
