Ooredoo Signs with Sandan Industrial Park to Provide Enhanced Connectivity

Mobilk - Building on its role as total communications provider, Ooredoo has signed an agreement with Sandan Development to connect the Sandan Industrial Park, the first integrated light industry city in the Sultanate with enhanced connectivity. Under the agreement, the telecoms company will provide employees, residents and visitors to the City with high-speed Super Fibre internet, as well as the introduction of 5G technology in the coming period.

Sultan bin Ahmed Al Wahabi, Chief Business & Wholesale Officer at Ooredoo, said: “As Oman’s leading telecoms company, we are committed to providing innovative solutions to our corporate customers. Our collaboration with the Sandan Industrial Park will allows us to link our world-class expertise and services to residents, guests and visitors allowing them to stay connected to our fast, reliable and secure network.”

Located in Halban, between Muscat Governorate and Al Batinah Governorate, Sandan Industrial Park has been designed to cater for the accelerated growth of the light industries sector.
