Batelco and Huawei Welcome Chinese Ambassador to Batelco Chalet at Bahrain International Airshow

Mobilk - Batelco, the Kingdom’s leading integrated communications services provider and the official sponsor of Bahrain International Airshow (BIAS) 2014 together with Huawei, a leading global information and communications technology solutions provider , were honoured to welcome a delegation from the Chinese Embassy to Batelco’s Chalet at BIAS.
Batelco Chairman Shaikh Hamad bin Abdulla Al Khalifa and Batelco Bahrain CEO Rashid Abdulla were in attendance to welcome H.E. the Chinese Ambassador Li Chen and officials from the Chinese Embassy.
Huawei Vice President Middle East Mr. Huang Ji was also in attendance for the Ambassador’s visit. Huawei joined with Batelco during the event to showcase ultra-high bandwidth of up to 10 Gbps for guests at Batelco’s Chalet and for visitors to the Trade Area of BIAS.
“We extend our appreciation to Mr. LI Chen and the officials from the Chinese Embassy for honouring us with their visit,” said Shaikh Hamad.
“We also appreciate Huawei’s participation and the role that it, as a leading Chinese company, plays in supporting our delivery of services for our customers,” he added.
