In order to use Call Back Home, just dial *101* and the number you wish to call back home in Kuwait, and then enter #, be it landline or a mobile number. Both parties will receive a USSD SMS informing the recipient of the phone call and then followed by the call. Call Back Home will charge the caller once the call has been connected. Wataniya is differentiating its prepaid customers by offering an even cheaper rate per minute than the standard roaming service cost.
