The Palestinian Cellular Communications Company “Jawwal”, one of Paltel Group Companies launched yesterday Niqatak Program for its Prepaid subscribers, which is considered as a reward program that appreciates Jawwal’s subscribers for choosing its network through granting them free credits and lots of other benefits.
Commenting on this program, Jawwal’s CEO “Ammar Aker” said: “ Niqatak program completes Jawwal’s projects to provide all benefits for its subscribers, it is based on accumulating points by our subscribers and redeeming them with free credits and other various benefits.”
About the process of accumulating points, Aker clarified :” Each 1 NIS spent on calls, SMS or on any other Jawwal’s services equals one point that will be added to the subscriber’s account.After accumulating points, the subscriber may redeem them with a credit for calls, SMS or MMS. In order to facilitate the process of checking the points balance and how the subscriber may redeem them, Jawwal has specialized the short code 15123 which is free of charge.
Aker confirmed that Jawwal always offer lots of benefits for both Postpaid and Prepaid subscribers, although Niqatak was created to serve its Prepaid subscribers, yet also Postpaid subscribers have lots of other benefits that suit their needs, such as; “ the discounts they have on handsets, handsets’ installments and e-points for Postpaid individuals that was launched last year. In addition to lots of other discounts on plans and services.
Aker added, “ We promise to always create the services that meet our subscribers’ needs and that are up to date with the Telecommunication field.”
