Jawwal; the Palestinian Cellular Communications Company concluded yesterday its third day of training held in Jawwal’s headquarter named “Ana Jawwal”. The program is based on intensive training for university students on the mechanisms of Marketing, Sales and Customer Care adopted by Jawwal, aiming to activate the kiosks set up by Jawwal in different Palestinian universities, as well as to enable students to study the application of theory and practice on the ground
Mr. Maen Melhem; Jawwal’s Marketing Director began his speech talking about the ultimate goal of the program , which is to introduce the administrative, marketing and sales skills needed for the marketing of campaigns and offers through the kiosks, taking into consideration the Palestinian youth’s effective role they have on society.
Mr. Melhem talked about “Ana Jawwal” idea saying: “The idea of this program completes Jawwal’s plan to train and develop the managerial and leadership of university’s students.” He added, "This program includes intensive training sessions in all areas of the company's marketing and sales divisions and the mechanisms of Customer Care, exposing the students to a unique experience by providing the potential to transform what is being taught in the university into practice, through the planning and execution of projects and campaigns and the management of the kiosks in universities which will have a deep positive impacts on their personality and their future.”
Melhem also pointed out that the students were nominated by their university’s administration to participate in this program,. He added: "The duration of this training is three days, during which the students will be given training courses in the areas mentioned above. Then will be followed by a practical implementation of these courses and projects, which includes the campaigns and offers launched by Jawwal through the kiosks at universities, by this students will gain a great deal of experience in the vocational and practical field and activate their participation in the community. "
It is worth noting that this program comes within the framework of Jawwal’s projects aiming to develop youth’s capacities in general and the students in particular. In addition to creating a strategic relationship between Jawwal and the educational institutions “universities in particular”.
