Wataniya Palestine Telecom sponsors the first concert by Tony Qattan in Palestine

Wataniya Palestine this week sponsored a special concert by the Palestinian singer Tony Qattan.  The concert, which was the first for the singer in Palestine, took place at the Ramallah Cultural Palace and was attended by more than 1,000 young men and women who enjoyed a 3 hour performance by the rising star.  Qattan currently lives in Jordan has had a number of hit singles in the Arab World and his video clips regularly appear on regional music satellite channels.

The concert coincided with Palestine’s Independence Day and included a surprise appearance by the Palestinian National Women’s Football Team which is also sponsored by WPT. Members of the team got up on stage at the end of the concert to salute Tony Qattan and to throw Wataniya branded footballs to the crowd.
