VIVA Participates in Galleria 2011

Mobilk - Manama, Bahrain - As part of its on-going commitment to empowering Bahrain’s disabled community, VIVA Jusoor participated earlier this week in the Galleria 2011, a charity exhibition whose proceeds are to benefit the Bahrain Down Syndrome Society.
The exhibition took place at the Gulf Convention Center at the Gulf Hotel, under the patronage of Her Excellency Dr. Fatima Bint Mohamed Al Bulooshi, Human Rights & Social Development Minister and acting Health Minister. The two-day event offered female Bahraini entrepreneurs the opportunity to showcase their work and strengthen their presence on the local market.
Among the products on display were clothing, accessories, crafts, food stuffs and related items. Jusoor, VIVA’s corporate social responsibility program, is dedicated to championing and empowering disabled members of Bahraini society, striving for increased acceptance and improved services for all.
