Mum and Dad at Work Day Big Success

Batelco welcomed the sons and daughters of employees at Hamala Headquarters recently, to allow them to experience their parents’ work environments and meet Batelco Group Chief Executive Peter Kaliaropoulos.
The event, with the umbrella theme of Mum & Dad @ Work, took place as part of the Company's Masters of Success programme, an initiative designed by Batelco General Manager Enterprise and Government Business Dr. Abdulla Al Thawadi.
The Masters of Success programme is focused on the personal and professional development of Batelco Staff. This new initiative was designed to give the children of employees the chance to see their parents in their normal work environment and enhance the family atmosphere already present amongst staff at Hamala Headquarters.
"The children were welcomed by our Group CEO Peter Kaliaropoulos before being given a tour of their parents' work places. They also enjoyed a number of added fun activities including colouring and face painting before rounding off their visit with a party and take home goody bags," said Batelco Group GM Media & Government Relations Ahmed Al Janahi.
