MTC touch announces it received Highly Recommended Employer Award

Lebanese mobile telecommunication leader, mtc touch, announced it has recently received a prestigious certificate, highly commending the company for the “Highly Recommended Employer” Award during the “IIR Middle East Business Achievement Awards” ceremony which was held in parallel to the “Leaders in Dubai Business Forum 2007” in November.
On the occasion Mr Claude Bassil, General Manager of mtc touch said: “We pride on this renowned commendation, behind which stand the efforts of many, and indeed the great vision, faith and encouragement of Dr. Saad Al Barrak, CEO of the mother company Zain, the leading mobile telecommunication provider across the Middle East and Africa. This certificate pushes us to invest even more efforts in the drafting of adequate Human Resources policies which will help enhance the skills of our human resources and maintain a high level of satisfaction among them”.
From her end, Mrs. Nour Shebaro, the HR Director at mtc touch said: "mtc touch has always capitalized on its human force, bearing in mind the crucial role that it plays in the company’s overall progress and well being, as well as the skillful Lebanese human resources”. She added: “From that point onward, we have been implementing an “employee-oriented” strategy in alignment with Zain Group (formerly MTC) great belief that the human capital is our strength point and added value”.
mtc touch had played an active role in providing Lebanese jobseekers with posts while ensuring a secure and motivating workplace that allows its human resources to intellectually and professionally grow as well as to undertake the necessary trainings to improve its performance. The company also implements surveys, creative competitions between the employees and holds continuous meetings with the management to share ideas, express opinions and suggest ways of always improving the work conditions.
