JAG claimed a 500 per cent increase in BlackBerry sales in February on the back of new staff training on the devices.
JAG managing director John George issued staff with a questionaire on BlackBerry handsets, discovered a sever shortfall in their device knowledge and organised an emergency training session.
JAG sold 300 BlackBerry handsets in February.
George added sales had picked up again following the interruption last month of its 'pre-pack' administration, which saw JAG reemerge as 'JAG Communications South West'.
The 'new' business still only has an Orange trading account
