Ooredoo’s B2B App Allows Businesses to Conveniently Manage their Accounts

Mobilk - As the Sultanate’s digital partner of choice, Ooredoo continues to enable more businesses to ‘be digital’ with its one-of-a-kind Business App. Adding fantastic new features to enable total control at the touch of a button, Telecom Administrators can now manage credit limit changes, check the company’s bill history, while individual customers can top up credit for Mosubak numbers, order SIM card replacements, view bill and traffic analysis, manage postpaid lines and much more.

Sultan bin Ahmed Al Wahaibi, Chief of Business and Wholesale Officer at Ooredoo said, “More and more businesses in the Sultanate are becoming digital and mobile, which is why we are always looking at new ways of providing them with cutting-edge innovative solutions. The Business App provides customers a whole range of services at the touch of a button, to enable them to manage their accounts with convenience and ease, wherever and whenever they wish.”

Ooredoo’s Business App has two levels of access; at the company telecoms admin level and on an individual level. Options at the admin level include management of bundles and add-ons, and the ability to bar/unbar telecom lines, manage employees’ telecom requests, export bills in Microsoft Excel and view network performance reports.

On an individual level, employees can view their own accounts, pay personal bills, top up credit, add roaming services and send add-on requests to the telecom administrator.

Ooredoo prides itself on delivering the most effective and convenient digital solutions to contribute to the Sultanate’s digital transformation. The company has also launched a number of products and services to champion the digital demands of Oman’s public and private sectors.
