Nawras Elite wins Best Loyalty Programme at CMO Asia Awards 2012 in Singapore

Mobilk - Nawras, Oman’s customer friendly communications provider, won the ‘Best Loyalty Programme Award’ for Nawras Elite at the CMO Asia Awards for Excellence in Branding and Marketing 2012. Lee Martin, Nawras Head of Customer Value Management, accepted the award at a glittering ceremony recently held in Singapore.  The same event also honoured multinational giants including Google, Microsoft and Procter & Gamble. 

 

Judged by an independent panel of experts, Nawras Elite was recognised for its unmatched value for money proposition giving all Nawras customers the opportunity to enjoy unprecedented rewards and excellent savings with an easy to use programme.

Nawras firmly believes in living the customer experience and with its rewarding loyalty programme actively shows its gratitude for customers using mobile and Home Broadband services.  Nawras Elite, a point based programme, rewards customers every time they buy, pay and recharge their Nawras service as well as when receiving calls of more than five minutes or more.  Points are also gained by introducing friends and family to Nawras. 

 

To start benefitting from the Elite Programme, customers simply opt in by dialling *147*12# and points will then automatically start accruing.  After 90 days, accumulated points can be redeemed for free call time and free SMS to any Nawras number, allowing customers to get even closer to their families and friends.  Points can also be gained by business customers with an account operated by the company’s telecom administrator.

 

To check the balance of points gained, the number to dial is *147*22# and to redeem points for free credit or a bill discount, customers can dial *147*24#.

 

In addition to the Elite Programme, the Nawras Elite Club offers premium recognition and unique rewards to all customers spending more than 10 Omani Rials each month. Rewards are categorised into three tiers depending on monthly spend with all Platinum, Gold and Silver members receiving additional Elite bonus points at the end of each month.  

 

Elite Club members also enjoy a range of discounts at partner hotels, retail outlets, entertainment venues and health and fitness facilities. The latest offers are posted on the company’s website and notifications of new partners sent to customers through regular updates.
