Warid implements Globitel’s MCN and USSD Gateway

Mobilk - Globitel, an international telecom solutions provider, recently concluded their agreement for the high-profile operator in Pakistan, Warid Telecom Group, to acquire two of Globitel’s widely spread solutions; the Missed Call Notification (MCN) and USSD Gateway. The agreement was sealed to be a successive to previous purchases Warid made obtaining several services from among Globitel’s famous Roaming Solutions and Value Added Services Globitel offers.

The relation both Globitel and Warid built over the years yielded in reshaping the end-user experience in Pakistan. Warid’s implementation of the solutions came from the need of flexible platform and towards a better customer experience; as Globitel’s products are known to be optimized upon demand. “Warid considers Globitel a strategic partner for providing cost efficient and feature-enriched VAS solutions. Recently, Warid has selected Globitel as a preferred vendor to provide MCN and USSD GW solutions in continuation of this relationship” said Abdul Moneeb, Director NSS Planning & Projects at Warid.
