Qtel and BARWA Bank today announced a major partnership designed to make life easier for customers across Qatar.
Customers can now make balance inquiries, pay bills and top-up their Hala accounts using BARWA’s Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system and through the BARWA call centre.
The aim is to produce a “one-stop” service for customers, which will increase the level of convenience and access for customers, providing round-the-clock service. With the two company’s systems interlinked online, payments made via BARWA’s Call Centre and IVR will be real-time payments, so accounts will be credited immediately.
Mohammed Saleh Al-Marri, Director, Indirect Sales Channels, Qtel, said: “One of the key promises of the Qtel Customer Charter is that we will provide the widest possible range of payment options for our customers.
