with 169 operating companies in about 102 countries,Zain Provide Roaming Services to Customers

Saudi Telecommunication Company Zain, announced that it signed agreements with 169 operating companies in about 102 countries around the world to provide roaming services to customers. It also signed agreements with 32 operators in 29 countries to provide the service of data transfer.

Zain is lately expanding their Network across the world, in a short time since they started in the kingdom.

Ismael Fikry, executive head of operation department said that Zain's vision is to get the customers best network not only locally but when they go abroad as well. "Roaming services in my many countries, is an attempt to make communication through Zain easier," said Fikry

Subscribers of both prepaid and postpaid lines, will benefit for the roaming service in which they will be able to make calls and exchange data while they are outside the kingdom, with local costs.

Fikry pointed out that Zain KSA signed agreement with countries that are reported to be popular destinations for Saudis. "We were keen on providing excellent services to our customers, therefore, we made sure to sign with more than one network operator in each country in the plan," Fikry said.
