In a press release, the company disclosed that its customers will receive a free-of-charge HSPA modem upon their subscription in any of “Zain Broadband” monthly packages. The customer shall upon subscription pay SR150 against the value of the modem provided that the entire amount shall be returned to him as a credit in his account in three monthly equal installments of SR50 each month. 

 

Engineer Ismael Fikree, Zain KSA Chief Operations Officer, revealed that this offer comes in line with Zain commitment to make high speed internet available for everybody. He reiterated that the efforts exerted by Zain KSA for continuous expansion of the network succeeded in the provision of significant internet service, branded as the best in kingdom, since its introduction in the Saudi market until now honored by serving more than six million customers within a short time.

 

Mr. Fikree added that the new offer shall be available for all prepaid and postpaid subscribers upon their purchase of “Zain Broadband” with the modem (1 GB, 5 GB, or the unlimited package).

 

The modem introduced by Zain KSA is one of the most advanced devices available in the market and allows you to download data up to 7.2 Mbps and upload up to 5.76 Mbps.

 

The company revealed that the offer shall start from January 30, 2010 and shall last for three months, and shall be available in all Zain outlets and authorized distributors around the Kingdom.
