Mobilk - Kempinski Mall of the Emirates today announced the launch of what promises to be the smartest guest experience in the region, with the roll-out of the hotel’s services on any mobile device, powered by an Avaya Fabric Connect network. The launch brings the luxury of Kempinski’s five-star guest services to more than 1 million mobile devices checked in by the hotel guests every year, on a world class interactive platform, transforming the guests’ experience beyond their expectations and making Kempinski Mall of the Emirates, the smartest luxury hotel in the region. 

Prasanna Rupasinghe, Director of Information Technology, Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates, said: “ Dubai being one of the top destinations for luxury tourism in the world, we have a mission to continue re-inventing ourselves and our services to exceed the expectations of our guests and deliver the five-star luxury and convenience they desire.” He continued:” With Avaya and its partner Alpha Data, we imagined how a futuristic guest experience should be, and embarked on transforming the DNA that enables us to offer mobile, interactive, secure experiences that our guests deserve.  The foundation of this is our new Avaya Fabric Connect network that is already enabling us to imagine, innovate and transform quickly and efficiently, today’s smart services and our future launch plans.”

With over 300,000 guests annually and more than 1 million devices connected to the hotel infrastructure, Kempinski today enables its guests to access high-definition television, premium wireless internet, and other interactive room-services, among other guest offerings. Kempinski’s plans are to continue evolving its guest experience by delivering mobile shopping opportunities of various luxury brands inside the hotel and in the Mall of the Emirates in the near future.
