Nawras, Oman’s customer friendly communications provider, is thrilled to have been named as the most popular choice of telecom service provider in the annual independent best brands survey carried out by Business Today. Survey results were published in the magazine’s January 2012 issue.
Over 800 respondents from students to senior managers voted for their top telecom service provider in the Sultanate with Nawras leading the field as the most popular choice. Nawras first appeared in the top slot in the 2007 survey when it was written that ‘little surprise was expressed at the company’s emergence as the number one brand’.
This latest Business Today survey result reflects customers’ appreciation of the Nawras brand continuing to deliver caring, excellent and pleasingly different services to meet the diversified communication needs of people in Oman.
“We sincerely thank our customers for voting for Nawras and we are delighted and honoured to be named as Oman’s most popular choice for telecom services,” said Chief Executive Officer, Ross Cormack.
“Great care is always taken to provide a comprehensive range of innovative services to suit the many different requirements of our customers, whether they are at home, at work or travelling. We consider it important to pay close attention to the details, from the provision of quality network coverage to consistent accuracy and transparency in billing as well as innovative products and services.
“We believe our customers deserve the very best and we are constantly striving to reach new heights to enhance their communications experience in every way while staying true to our core values of delivering caring, excellent and pleasingly different services.”
