Mobilk - Nawras’ CEO shared the Company’s preparations plans for the Salalah festival. Greg Young, along with key members of the Executive Committee met with top dealers and Nawras executives in Salalah last week to discuss plans from both a network and also a customer service prospective. The plans are being implemented early to meet with the expected huge attendance at this year’s festival and the resulting demand for telecommunications services from customers. Nawras have invested heavily as part of their Turbocharging programme, to upgrade and modernise their already extensive network in the area.
Greg Young commented: “We know the importance of staying connected during this festive season and Nawras is putting plans in place early to make sure that we can meet our customers’ needs and provide them with a reliable service while in Salalah. We have not only put in place robust plans for strong network coverage, but we are also addressing specific customer needs, such as WiFi and also having specialists on hand to take enquiries from residents and tourists alike about the Nawras services and some of the exciting offers that will be available.”
