Nawras, the Sultanate’s customer friendly communications provider, is once again serving customers at the Al Araimi shopping mall, from a brand new Nawras Kiosk, which triumphantly opened on the 1st August. This important location for Nawras (which was temporarily closed), has been reinstated as quickly as possible because in caring for its customers, Nawras always provides convenience.
This Al Araimi address is preferred by those using the Qurm shopping area as the ideal spot to buy their Nawras products and services and settle their bills. Gonu may have closed the Nawras Store temporarily but Nawras is now back at Al Araimi, ‘United for Oman’ and ready as ever to deliver its unique style of service from professional, friendly staff.
The new Al Araimi Kiosk is situated nearest the car park entrance of the mall and opens for business from 9.30am until 1.30pm and again from 4.30pm until 9.30pm, Saturday to Thursday inclusive and from 4.30pm to 9.30pm on Fridays. Customers are invited to visit the Nawras website for more information.
Iyad Al Lawati, Nawras Store Manager, said, “We are thrilled to return to this site at Al Araimi and to be able to look after our customers from this ideal central location once again. Nawras greatly appreciates all the assistance received from Al Araimi management, who have kindly taken care of the logistics to allow us to return with our legendary customer service. We are already attracting a lot of interest, particularly as the ‘three wishes’ offers are very popular all over the Sultanate right now and many people want to know more about the fantastic welcome pack offers and the amazing usage-back bonus.”
Nawras is granting three wishes with welcome packs free after RO5 free credit. This credit can be used freely and will be given to Nawras Mousbak and Nawras MousbakPlus customers (prepaid) as soon as the SIM-card is installed and the first chargeable call or balance enquiry is performed, whilst Nawras Ajel (postpaid) customers will see their credit indicated on their first bill. Furthermore, customers porting in from Oman Mobile will have the RO3 porting fee waived by Nawras.
More wishes are coming true in an incredible 33% usage-back bonus, as Nawras customers are being rewarded royally. For every RO3 Nawras Mousbak customers spend on voice calls from Saturday to Wednesday during the promotion, they will receive RO1 free credit to make Nawras to Nawras national voice calls throughout the weekend (Thursdays and Fridays), until the 7th September 2007. For example, a Nawras Mousbak customer spending RO9 during the week will receive RO3 in free credit showing that the more customers spend, the more they will be gaining!
In the same manner, Nawras Ajel customers spending RO90 in the period between the 15th July and the 7th September 2007 will receive RO30 free credit to use for Nawras to Nawras national voice calls. This amazing 33% bonus will be included on their next bill cycle, at the end of the promotion.
With the opening of the Al Araimi Kiosk, all 17 Nawras Stores and Kiosks are once again operating as normal, providing the Sultanate’s mobile customers with an easy way to buy, pay and get help. Customers in Muscat also have the option of visiting a Nawras Store at Al Athaiba, City Centre (two locations), Ruwi, and Al Mawaly Complex at Seeb, Seeb Airport (arrivals hall), SQU, and Lulu Hypermarkets at Al Seeb (Al Burj complex), Ghubrah and Darsait. Other Nawras Stores are located in key areas across the country.
Nawras currently covers 96% of the population with its world-class network, using national roaming where necessary and always with great value, pleasingly different service and excellent quality.
