For the first time in the Sultanate, Ooredoo prepaid customers can now request advance data bundles, directly from their mobile devices wherever they are at any time of the day.
Commenting on the new premium service, Feras bin Abdullah Al Sheikh, Director of Consumer Sales at Ooredoo said: “the majority of our customer base is now data centric and in line with our company slogan “Enjoy the Internet”, Easy Data gives our customers the ability to stay connected, even if they need a top-up.”

A standard feature available to all Ooredoo prepaid subscribers, Easy Data provides daily, weekly, and monthly data bundles for our Mousbak and Shababiah customers and can be requested at any time it is needed, and on multiple occasions, simply by using the short code *222# and selecting ‘Easy Data’.
Ooredoo customers can top-up their accounts through a variety of channels, including online via the Ooredoo eRecharge platform at www.ooredoo.om/Personal/Talk/Howtopay.aspx, by clicking the MyOoredoo tab on Facebook, at Ooredoo self-service machines located across the Sultanate, at the ATMs of selected banks, scratch cards, and in person at any of Ooredoo’s 50 stores nationwide.
