Saudi Telecom Company recently announced that it launched the Business Control service designed to enable customers including all business sectors in the Kingdom to control incoming calls and messages to their cell phones. This is done by choosing to activate the option of rejecting calls from specific numbers identified by the customer or the incoming calls feature.
Business Control service allows the customer to control the incoming calls and messages and hence reject them in case he does not want to receive them from specific number he selects. The customer could also create rejection menus so that he could identify the type of rejection by date and time. The service covers all voice and video incoming calls and messages (be they local or international), text messages and multimedia messages inside and outside the Kingdom in case of international roaming. In addition, the customer could switch the calls to the voice mail or any alternative number selected by the customer.
By launching this service, Saudi Telecom aims at coping with the increasing demand in the communication market in the Kingdom and providing the most recent technologies which guarantee effective communication with the world especially in case of distance and time differences.
