Ooredoo’s Business App has two levels of access; the company Telecoms Admin level and the individual level. Options at the admin level include management of bundles and add-ons, and the ability to bar/unbar telecom lines, manage employees’ telecom requests, export bills in Microsoft Excel and view network performance reports. On an individual level, employees can view their own accounts, pay personal bills, top up credit, add roaming services and send add-on requests to the telecom administrator.”
Ooredoo’s digital self-service channels (Ooredoo App and MyAccount portal) are complementary to all Ooredoo business customers with 24/7 access.
