Mobilk - In recognition of their efforts to support the brand, and in particular for their achievements in promoting its all digital prepaid service, New Shababiah, Ooredoo sent 35 of its top dealers on an all-expenses paid trip to Georgia. During the five-day trip the invitees were treated to a range of activities and tours to maximise their stay in the picturesque European state, a way for the telecoms company to say thank you.
The initiative was part of Ooredoo’s ongoing commitment to reward its highest performing dealers, including holding regional events, giving instant rewards, sizable incentives, and holding regular visits. The company also organised a similar trip to Thailand earlier in the year.
Feras bin Abdullah Al Sheikh, Consumer Director at Ooredoo, said, “Our dealers play an important role in our overall customer experience, providing a vital channel between us and the community. Through them, we are able to reach out to provide our customers across Oman with all of their communication needs. We have always worked on building a strong relationship with our partners and come up with fun ways to thank them for all they do to enhance our brand.”
Ooredoo’s network of dealers extends across the Sultanate with representation in every Governorate and Wilayat. Ooredoo has also established 27 franchise stores to bring their services even closer to customers, the most recent being in Al Hail . Today these concept stores provide the same comprehensive customer-centric products and value-added digital solutions customers have come to know from Ooredoo.
