Etisalat today announced its participation as platinum sponsor at the 4th Abu Dhabi Economic Forum, which is taking place on 22nd – 23rd February 2010. The event organized by the Department of the Economic Development in Abu Dhabi is attended by senior executives, bankers CEOs, business leaders and international investment organisations.
The forum will discuss future of economic development in Abu Dhabi following the consequences of the global economic crisis and its impact on the private sector, foreign investment, infrastructure and industry. It will also explore the ‘post-crisis’ phase and how to mount a sustainable recovery. The event will also discuss the impact of governmental support programs prepared by the public sector. The forum will talk about the consequences of the lack of funding on companies’ general strategies and their priorities.
Etisalat’s participation confirms its commitment to activities which support the economic vision of Abu Dhabi. Today the UAE capital is witnessing large investments thanks to successful policy of economic diversification and strengthening cooperation with the private sector.
