Company Reacts to Customer Demand in wake of successful COMEX
Muscat: Omantel’s corporate customers have received a boost with the announcement that the company will extend its successful ADSL offer for businesses by an additional month to the end of May.
The decision comes in the wake of a very positive customer response to the promotion and a successful corporate presence at COMEX 2010 that ended last Friday.
Ahmed Ali Al Ojaily, Manager Connectivity Solutions at Omantel said “Omantel recognized the vital importance of effective internet connection for its business customer base with the excellent value-led promotion for ADSL services that was originally launched two months ago”.
During the promotion new ADSL customers can benefit by not having to pay the connection fee, will receive a free wireless modem and a free one month subscription for the service.
The company is also encouraging dial-up customers to enjoy the benefits and improved service offered by a full ADSL connection.
As part of the promotion existing business dial-up customers will receive a number of benefits if they decided to upgrade their dial-up subscription to ADSL including no upgrade fee, a free wireless modem and a two months free subscription, Al Ojaily added.
BlackBerry offer has been well received by corporate customers as it includes waiver of server installation fee and waiver of first month rental. The company decided to extend the offer to enable more corporate customers to avail of the benefits this offer provides, Al Ojaily pointed out.
In addition to these offers, the company is offering a range of discounts on different BlackBerry handsets and 3.5G devices where customers can save up to 24.6% on some BlackBerry devices.
