Batelco’s senior executives expressed their delight at meeting a number of Batelco’s key business customers at Batelco’s BIC Corporate Lounge on the final day of the Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix 2010.
Batelco’s Group Chief Executive Peter Kaliaropoulos, Chief Executive Bahrain Gert Rieder, Consumer Division GM Muna Al Hashemi and Enterprise & Government Division GM Dr. Abdulla Al Thawadi, were in attendance to welcome a number of VIP guests and major business customers.
Batelco is an Official Partner of the BIC and additionally the circuit’s Official Telecommunications partner. Both organisations signed a new contract last week that will see the successful Batelco – BIC partnership continue for the next three years.
Mr. Rieder said that he welcomed the opportunity to meet with Batelco’s major business customers in such a superb setting as the BIC on Grand Prix day and listen to their comments about Batelco and the services provided for them.
“We are fully committed to the role we play in supporting business in Bahrain. Dr. Al Thawadi elaborated by saying that Batelco is providing the best services from its Business Point located at Batelco’s Hamala HQ.
“The Business unit consists of 260 employees dedicated to serving the enterprise and government customers,” he said.
