Qitaf & Furson program allow their customers to redeem points

Saudi Telecom (STC) and Saudi Airlines have activated the agreement which was singed recently by Engineer Khalid al Molhem Ben Abduallah Al Melheim Director-General of Saudi Airline and Eng. Saud Bin Majed Al Daweesh, CEO of STC. This agreement is considered to be first of its kind in the regional level between an airlines and a Telecommunication company. Nevertheless this agreement states that both companies should exchange the benefit between each other through the loyalty program “Qitaf”.

In addition to that STC will enable its customer to redeem their Fursan Sky Mileage points to Qitaf  loyalty program and the same for Fursan customers.

Eng. Saad Bin Dhafer Al-Qahtani, Vice President of the Residential Service Sector Said “the signing of this agreement is considered to be a mile stone and a major strategic change in Qitaf program to have alliances with a big loyalty program like fursan. 

This partner ship will improve and wealth the options for our customers.  Moreover, this agreement will allow both companies to gain a lot of benefits such as exchanging points. In addition to providing customers the opportunity to replace the Sky mileage points by the Airlines to Qitaf and transfer them to be used with a lot of services from STC.”
 

Al-Qahtani, Vice President of the Residential Service Sector stressed out that, the signing of this agreement comes along with the big developments in the company structure. Therefore STC always strive to gain customers satisfaction by giving them a real benefit through the biggest loyalty program in the kingdom with 16 million customers and 23 strategic partners who own 110 brands and operate more than 3000 points-of-purchase in various areas such as food, clothing, perfumes, household appliances, computers, technical programs, travel tourism, banks and others throughout the country.

It’s worth mention that Engineer Yousef Abdelqadeer assistant Manager of Saudi Airline happy to sign this agreement wit STC the leading national company in the world of communications in the region and the world.
