Wataniya Palestine launches a competition for the game of Palestine and Jordan

Wataniya Mobile launched yesterday a new online competition on the occasion of the Jordan - Palestine international friendly match and the opening ceremony of the Faisal Al-Husseini stadium which are taking place in Jerusalem on the 26th of this month.

Participants in the competition have to predict the extract timing of the first goal in the match and the three top participants with the closest times will win valuable prizes sponsored by Wataniya Mobile and the Bank of Palestine.

Wataniya Mobile created a new section on its website, www.wataniya.ps, through which anyone can take part in the competition and where the names of the winners will be posted the day after the match.

Commenting on the launch of the competition, the Public Relations Manager of Wataniya Mobile, Mohammad Nassar, said “We are keen to utilize all available tools to communicate with the public and our website is a key component of our communications mix.  The website is visited by thousands every day and we are confident that the new competition will greatly raise public awareness about the upcoming match, which will be the most important athletic event in Palestine this year.

The launch of the competition comes a few days after Wataniya Mobile, the Bank of Palestine and BCI announced that they will take part in sponsoring the opening ceremony of the Faisal Al –Husseini stadium which will include the international friendly match between Jordan and Palestine and the kick-off of the Palestinian women’s football season.
