Motorola plans Android to comeback

Motorola is expected to unveil a new Android-based device range at an event in San Francisco on September 10.

A UK event is scheduled in London on September 15.

The releases are expected to signal a turning point for the manufacturer, which has failed to release any handsets of note this year amid turbulent financial and internal management situations.

Images leaked onto various website have shown a Motorola keyboard-equipped Android handset, but there is talk that up to four devices are being announced.
